Epoxy putty is a two-component solvent-free epoxy putty made from epoxy resin and pigments. Specifically developed for cement cracks, it possesses strong adhesion, hardness, high compressive, flexural, and shear resistance, among other physical properties. Therefore, it can be used for reinforcing construction and achieving excellent results.

III. Application Scope
• Repair of surfaces, load-bearing columns, beams, etc., in industrial and civil facilities, such as concrete or damaged structures.
• Reinforcement and repair of damaged industrial and civil buildings that no longer meet design requirements, as well as emergency repairs of municipal concrete roads. Particularly suitable for emergency repairs of municipal roads, airport runways, bridges, and mine tunnels.
IV. Construction Process
• Epoxy putty can be used as an overall repair and protective coating on concrete and masonry surfaces. During mortar application, the substrate surface must be clean, dust-free, oil-free, and free of chemical corrosive residues. Porous materials should be pre-cleaned, and steel surfaces should have loose rust removed.
• Completion: Mixing Ratio: Epoxy Putty A: Epoxy Putty B = 3:1, Unit Consumption: 1.5 kg/m².
